 The Belmont Bay Marina was completed in March 2001. With 158 slips located so close to the Potomac River, boaters can enjoy an even shorter trip up to the waterfront in Georgetown, National Harbor, Mount Vernon or down to the crab houses. See the NOAA Nautical Chart.

 Founded in 2015, Belmont Bay Paddlers Club is devoted to offering quality paddling experiences for all residents of Belmont Bay. The Club maintains launch and limited storage facilities on the banks of the Occoquan River in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Membership is limited to residents of Belmont Bay, Woodbridge, VA. For the purpose of club membership, residents are defined as owners or their renters who are in good standing with the Belmont Bay Homeowners Association. Membership year runs from April 1 - March 31.
