Golf Course - Updated Map

Consistent with the Belmont Bay Homeowners Association guidelines, residents are reminded of the posted rules for utilization of the private paths on the Ospreys.
Pedestrian only access is granted to members of the Belmont Bay Homeowners Association, their guests, and their leashed pets along the cart paths/trail route highlighted in yellow on the map.
No roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles or motorized vehicles of any kind; however, wheelchairs and strollers are allowed.
No trespassing on green areas 3 feet or more off of the Cart Path/Trail.
No golfing, no fishing, no ice skating.
No trespassing on areas of the Cart Path/Trail designated as "off limits" in red on the map.
No littering.
All pets must be on a leash and you must clean up after your pet.
Users are encouraged to carry a cell phone in the event of an emergency.

The Osprey’s Golf Course closed on November 29, 2015. The Osprey's Banquet and Events operation will remain open for business.  Click here for more information.

While residents are permitted to use the golf paths, remember the only areas permitted for use are the paved paths noted by the map below.

For the protection of the HOA and the private property owners of The Osprey's the use of any areas other than those permitted by the lease agreement is strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement for trespassing.

We are excited to be able to offer this amenity to HOA residents, but it's continued success is dependent of the appropriate use of the path.
