Belmont Bay Homeowners Association is part of a mixed-use community bordering the Occoquan River in Prince William County with 1123 dwelling units consisting of condominiums, single-family detached homes, and townhomes. Amenities include a swimming pool, a tot lot, and three tennis courts, and two pickleball courts. The BBHOA enjoys the convenience of onsite management staff by Community Management Corporation (CMC).
We are located halfway between Fort Belvoir army base and Quantico Marine Base, providing convenient access to both. We are adjacent to the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge and minutes away from the historic small town of Occoquan, with its charming shops and restaurants, and the Stonebridge Town Center featuring upscale stores and Wegman's. Many people enjoy shopping at nearby Potomac Mills.
Within the Belmont Bay neighborhood are the Virginia Railway Express and bus station, full service marina, and the George Mason University's Potomac Science Center; a 50,000 square foot facility which houses the Potomac Environmental Research Center, the Geoinformatics Training and Research Center, and a Public Outreach Program. Bordering the river is a segment of the Potomac National Heritage Trail. For more information on the surrounding area, CLICK HERE.
