Advertising

Belmont Bay HOA offers options to advertise in their 16-20 page full color community newsletter. The newsletter is emailed to the Belmont Bay HOA Membership, and is accessible to the public from the home page of the community website. This newsletter is published quarterly. Advertising in the Belmont Bay HOA Newsletter will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis.  Rates range from $40.00 to $225.00 for full color ad space. Full, non-refundable payment must be made at the time of placement. The Belmont Bay Homeowners Association has final approval for advertisements.  Advertisements are not endorsements by Belmont Bay.
