Pool

The Belmont Bay Homeowners Association pool will open for the summer season.
Due to unforeseen, necessary repairs,  we anticipate the pool will open on or around June 18th.
Please watch for updates via the Eblast and website.

When open, the pool will operate at full capacity.  Guests will be allowed.

Prior to opening day, renewals will be done online or mail/email (this is strongly recommended to reduce lines at the pool).
If you only need stickers, return the application by either completing the form online or scanning, and emailing to info@belmontbayhoa.com.
Applications may be dropped in the black mailbox outside the marina harbor office. All stickers will be mailed to you.
If you are new to the community, you will need to attend a registration event.

Passes will not be issued in the HOA office.

Pass Requirements: The pool is intended for the exclusive use of Belmont Bay Homeowners Association residents and guests.
Owners must not be delinquent of any Association financial obligation.
Residents of Harbor Point (East and West), Harbor View and Harbor Side Condominiums must pay a facilities fee of $107.88 for use of the pool.
All residents five (5) years old and older must have a valid BBHOA facility pass to enter the pool facility.
Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person sixteen (16) years of age or older while in the pool area.
All pool patrons must abide by the established Association Pool Policies.

If you reside in a rental unit, you must submit a 2022 Tenant Registration Form, signed by the owner.
(available on the website, www.belmontbayhoa.com in the “Documents and Forms” section, and titled “Tenant Registration Form”).

New Facility Pass(es): If you do not have a facility pass, you will need to attend a registration event.
A photo will be taken for each pass issued.  Therefore, each person who requires a pass (ages five and older) must be present for their pass to be issued.
