BELMONT BAY AMENITIES
Northern Virginia remains in Phase I at least through next Friday, June 12, 2020
Northern Virginia entered Phase I on Friday May 29, 2020. Phase I is extended until at least Friday, June 12, 2020. Planning the opening of the BBHOA amenities is challenging. The timeline provided is tentative, and there is no clear understanding of what restrictions will be included in Phase II. Taking this into consideration, the BBHOA Board of Directors and CMC Management, have been actively planning a process to open the BBHOA amenities while maintaining compliance with the Federal, State, and Local requirements and recommendations. All of this, while also mitigating the Association’s risk of exposure. All BBHOA amenities continue to be maintained at a normal frequency. The windscreens at the tennis courts, routine maintenance of common elements, the pool start up procedures and maintenance have not diminished throughout the State-of-Emergency declared by the Governor. The Harbor offices  remain closed to the public. With that, all meetings have been canceled, postponed, or meeting digitally, until the “Social Distancing” mandate is lifted. This also means that social activities/events planned thru at least June 10th, will be postponed as well. Management will keep you updated.
 
The HOA management office continues operating as usual to support resident and community needs. However, to protect residents and staff, we ask that you please reach out to the HOA office by phone at (703) 494-0440 or by email at info@belmontbayhoa.com first. Please do not stop into the office without calling ahead.

TENNIS COURTS ARE NOW OPEN!!!
 
The tot-lot remains closed until further notice.

Following the CDC guidelines, please ensure that you, your guests, and leashed pets are mindful of "social distancing" from other users while enjoying the cart paths/trails within the community. Areas more than 3 feet beyond the cart paths/trails are OFF LIMITS. 
Consistent with the Belmont Bay Homeowners Association guidelines, residents are reminded of the posted rules for utilization of the private paths on the Ospreys.
Pedestrian only access is granted to members of the Belmont Bay Homeowners Association, their guests, and their leashed pets along the cart paths/trail route highlighted in yellow on the map.
No roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles or motorized vehicles of any kind; however, wheelchairs and strollers are allowed.
No trespassing on green areas 3 feet or more off of the Cart Path/Trail.
No golfing, no fishing, no ice skating.
No trespassing on areas of the Cart Path/Trail designated as "off limits" in red on the map. 
No littering.
All pets must be on a leash and you must clean up after your pet.
Users are encouraged to carry a cell phone in the event of an emergency
    
With warmer weather, there is an uptick in people enjoying the marina waterfront and paths. Please do your part to maintain social distancing as much as is possible.

2020 PROPERTY INSPECTIONS HAVE STARTED
 
 All homeowners are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the standards and guidelines of the Belmont Bay HOA. It is important to understand that the homeowner is fully responsible for compliance, even when their property is rented, or leased, by others.
