Due to construction activity that will be occurring on portions of the golf course, Belmont Bay, LC, is closing additional sections of the cart path effective June 1, 2019. The modified Cart Path Area available for use by BBHOA is shown in the attached exhibit.

We plan to restore and reopen these paths once the construction is complete. Until then, these sections will not be available for use.  We will notify you when these sections are open and available for use by BBHOA.

Coupon Booklets have been mailed out. If you have not received yours, please contact CMC at 703-631-7200 and speak with Customer Service. If you are enrolled in Direct Debit, then you would have not received a booklet.  If you would like to sign up for Direct Debit CLICK HERE to download the form.  

 If your Patriot containers are not correct, please contact their customer service line directly at 703.257.7100, to make the desired exchange. Containers left at the curb on non-collection days will receive a notice of violation.
American Disposal, at their request has asked that homeowners contact them (703.368.0500) directly, to have their containers removed. Homeowners still using American containers after January 30th, are subject to violation notices being sent to the home.
Please be reminded that trash and recycling containers must be stored out of street view on non-collection days. Going forward, homeowners not placing their trash in a Patriot container will receive a violation notice. After receipt of two notices, the homeowner will be called to hearing, where a fine could be imposed.
Management understands there are some homeowners awaiting the exchange of their Patriot cans however, in these cases, the containers should be placed beside garages or against homes and not left along the curb.
Management has reinstated the enforcement of trash and recycling container storage guidelines.
Article VI of the Covenants Conditions and Restrictions
 6.06 - … If trash or other refuse is to be disposed of by being picked up  and carried away on a regular and recurring basis, containers may be placed in the open, on  any day that a pick-up is to be made, at such place on the Lot so as to provide access to the  persons making such pick-up. At all other times, such containers shall be stored so as to be visually screened from all streets and adjacent and surrounding Lots.
