As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, each day brings more information and even more questions for all of us. Our goal is to continue to effectively operate with awareness of the current challenges we face today.  We are practicing the concepts being promoted such as Heightened Hygiene, and Social Distancing to limit exposure to the virus.
 
In keeping with the mandate by the governor, the Harbor offices have been closed to the public. With that, all meetings have been suspended or postponed until the “Social Distancing” mandate is lifted. This also means that social activities/events planned thru at least the end of April will be postponed as well. It is possible that May activities will have to be postponed also. Management will keep you updated.
 
The HOA is operating as usual to support resident and community needs, however, to protect residents and staff we ask that you please reach out to the HOA office by phone at (703) 494-0440 or by email at info@belmontbayhoa.com first. If you need to come to the office, please call ahead.

The landscaping contractor and management have developed a landscaping maintenance schedule for 2020. When this schedule was developed, we did not expect we would have such warm temperatures through the winter. We have since adjusted the schedule to compensate for the early spring like growth by applying mulch earlier than usual, applying pre-emergent weed control early, adding a second treatment to the schedule, and performing spring cleanup in late February. Management will continue to work with the contractor so Belmont Bay HOA receives the quality of service we expect. I appreciate your understanding as we all are working through the unexpected challenges the mild winter and this pandemic has produced.

2020 PROPERTY INSPECTIONS WILL BEGIN IN APRIL
 
 All homeowners are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the standards and guidelines of the Belmont Bay HOA. It is important to understand that the homeowner is fully responsible for compliance, even when their property is rented, or leased, by others.
