VIRGINIA HAS ENTERED PHASE III

THE TOT LOT  WILL REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The Harbor offices remain closed to the public. With that, meetings are now being held via teleconference or videoconferencing, until the “Social Distancing” mandate is lifted. This also means that social activities/events  are postponed until further notice. Management will keep you updated.

The HOA management office continues operating as usual to support resident and community needs. However, to protect residents and staff, we ask that you please reach out to the HOA office by phone at (703) 494-0440 or by email at info@belmontbayhoa.com first. Please do not stop into the office without calling ahead.
The spread of COVID-19 continues to be a dangerous threat to our society. Therefore, Prince William County Government has launched a reminder campaign for residents to Mask Up – Spread Out.
We want to encourage citizens to continue to social distance at least six feet apart.
Wash your hands and wear a cloth mask while in public. Do your part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Remember, Mask Up – Spread Out.
